CMAKE issue with system HDF5

I am having troubles running the superbuild for the dependencies as well as building opensn with a pre-existing HDF5. I was wondering if it was necessary to have to build HDF5 from scratch or if we could just instead check if the pre-existing version is compatible for our build. Right now, I am just removing any pre-existing HDF5 and then building. If so, I can try to look into modifying the CMake files to do so ( this could also be done with the other dependencies? )

If you system HDF installation meets the requirements for OpenSn, it should work. It could be that we are checking for options that are strictly needed. The dependency install cmake config uses the same check for HDF as the regular build to determine if it needs to install HDF. If you'd like to look at the HDF options we require and see if you can make it work with your system install, that would be appreciated!

The cmake script for building dependencies tries to find HDF5 and if it finds it, it does not do anything as far as building goes, since this is what the OpenSn build script does too (tries to find HDF5 and use it).

So, it would be a good idea to see what error message you are getting @kitamuraa24

@kitamuraa24 I've made modifications to the dependency script recently that I think will fix this problem. If you can a chance, please test and let me know.
