Error when running 'make doc' for OpenSN documentation build

Hello OpenSN community,

I’m following the official tutorial to build documentation for OpenSN, but I’m stuck on the make doc step. Despite trying multiple approaches, I consistently encounter errors related to the doc target.

Observed behavior:
​​In the build directory​​:

Z790-UD-AX:~/ProgramFiles/OpenSN-Py/opensn/build$ make doc
make: *** No rule to make target 'doc'. Stop.

In the project root directory​​:

Z790-UD-AX:~/ProgramFiles/OpenSN-Py/opensn$ make doc
make: Nothing to be done for 'doc'.

If the doc target does not exists, you most likely did not configure with OPENSN_WITH_DOCS. Also IIRC, for doco target to built, you need to have OPENSN_WITH_PYTHON_MODULE on. Also go look at the python packages needed by the doco - they are in doc/requirements.txt.
