No way to move files into folders

When creating projects on Google Drive, we say that the folder containing the project is what gets synced with the robot. If one wants to organize their Google Drive space into projects (folders) we have no way of getting the files into those folders. Drag and drop is not implemented in the tree. It would be nice to have some UI within XRPCode to move files into folders without having to make a new browser tab, go into Google Drive, find the XRPCode directory, and move everything from the drive interface, then go back to XRP code and try to get it to sync back up with the new file locations.

If drag and drop (the best solution) is too much work for the first release, possibly something else like selecting a file, then choose "Move" from a context menu or the file menu, then giving a destination. Then the file would get moved.

Currently, we disabled the drag and drop on the UI because we need support from the XRP Robot to allow move files. I also need to investigate Google Drive's API to see if I can move files.
