If a program is loaded into the editor after Web browser refresh, and if the file was edited on the XRP, this program won't run

Scenarios:

1. Connect to the XRP using USB cable
2. open a python or blockly file
3. Run the program and stop it
4. Click the Google Login button to log into Google Drive
5. Click the Run button to run the file loaded from the XRP from previously edited
6. This program will fail to run

The reason is that this isn't a Google Drive file, fetching the content from Google was failing. The main run program does not have a valid file to run with. Currently, we don't have logic to differentiate that this editor session is editing the file in XRP Robot.

Fixed this issue by checking the google path in the file.
