Upload file to XRP doubles the directory name

I have an XRP attached.
I selected from the File menu, upload Files to XRP.
I selected a file called lines.blocks.
The Upload Files to XRP dialog popped up. I select a folder such as Frank and it then says
Destination Folder: /Frank//Frank

If I upload it creates a new directory Frank underneath the original directory Frank
