Port Tajara sprites from CitRP

We need to revert the upstream Taj bodytype and sprite changes, giving them the humanoid bodyflag and porting the sprites and markings from CitRP.

• Tajaran body sprites ported from CitRP
• Tajaran bodytypes split into masculine/feminine
• Tajaran bodytypes switched to humanoid bodyflag
• Tajaran hairs ported from CitRP
• Tajaran hairs edited to remove ears
• Tajaran facial hair ported from CitRP
• Tajaran markings ported from CitRP
