Add more NIFsofts

Feature request

Add extra NIFsofts. I need help with this on both the ideas and the implementation fronts.

Implementation details

Basic tiers:

• Low end/cheap: purely cosmetic/roleplay/'for fun' NIFsofts, NIF-specific versions of tablet/PDA programs, etc
• Medium: NIFsofts that replace the functionality of worn items that don't require power/fuel, that affect the user, etc.
• High end/expensive: NIFsofts that affect the world around the user, or modify/buff users' interactions with the world. this includes skill boosters.

Departments/categories:

Ideally we would have at least two or three in each of these, minimum.
General:

• AR HUD
• Universal translator
• Material scanner
• VR chatroom NIFsoft (when willingly unconscious, you get put into a virtual room as a VR mob and stay that way until you're forcibly woken up or choose to leave)
• Lighter NIFsoft that lets you light cigarettes, etc.
• Cartography (portable holomap) NIFsoft

Service:

• JaniHUD

Engineering:

• Grid power monitor
• Alarm monitor
• Some kind of AR overlay/HUD to display machine part status?
• Matter decompiler (portable, somewhat inefficient recycling) NIFsoft
• Matter former (portable, limited fabricator) NIFsoft

Medical:

• MediHUD
• Suit sensor monitor
• Self advanced body scanner (with the ability to save it to a file and/or send it to body scanner consoles?)
• Painkiller NIFsoft (requires nanites or has some other limitation/drawback)

Security:

• SecHUD

Skill boosters:

• Anatomy skill booster + surgery AR overlay?
• Chemistry skill booster?
• NO COMBAT SKILL BOOSTERS. Those skills are bad enough as-is, we don't need to make it worse.
