Add demo mode for the website

The whole frontend repository is being built and commited into the OpServ website on each commit.
The demo frontend that will be visible to the public should be fed by mockup data.

There needs to be some way to find out if the hosted site is opserv.org and then let the whole frontend switch to demo mode.
