Project Roadmap #22
Description
I think posting the roadmap here as an issue is probably the best way, feel free to throw it somewhere more fitting:
Right now we moving straight onto the first release, however several issues have to be straightened out before that.
After that we already have several ideas and plans scheduled for the next release.
Feel free to comment or add to the list:
Release 1:
- Windows Installer, ie. having a simple way to install the software on Windows
- Linux Script, ie. having a simple way to install the software on Linux
- Async Data Load on Frontend (this will probably take some time, but I think it's an important feature)
- Proper Auth integration Frontend (right now there is an useless username field and I'm not even sure whether the auth even works at all)
Release 2:
Server:
- Migate to Tornado
- Better TLS integration, LetsEncrypt
- User-System
- WebSockets
- Dynamic HTTP-API
Gathering:
- GPU measuring
- Evaluate always gathering everything
- Make data persistence optional
- Measurement validation
Frontend:
- Editing screen overhaul
- Bugfixes
- Better Demo
- User-System
