Add Photovoltaics to OAP

We would like to represent our photovoltaic (PV) systems and and define the relationships between these PV systems and the electric meters monitoring them. We searched through the OAP documentation and do not see an immediate way of doing this. PV is not a defined Operational System or Equip in OAP.

Hi, @baricker, you are correct that we do not currently have any ontology for PV, but we would certainly like to add it and are open to contributions.

Is building out this domain something you would be willing to tackle?

Brick has some systems and equipment that are a good starting point.

Coincidentally, since I responded last week, we have begun building out PV as well in our internal repository so these two efforts should align nicely.
