Steps to reproduce:

Start LogInsights.exe
[File] -> [Load logs] -> |Add folder|
Select an folder with a jobservice logfile
Click on button [Open message in editor]

Error message:

The system cannot find the file specified.

Works here. This can depend on the EXE that is configured for opening these log files.
