Dependencies handling

Hello, I hope you are well and safe.

Is this provider able to handle dependencies? Like when I want to install a package, but it has another package as dependencies?

I was reading the PSL file docs and I couldn't find a session for dependencies so I'm assuming it won't handle them, but I decided to ask anyways.
