[Project] Add music collection function.

Version 0.1 will add music collection function, and database and other functions will be added in the future.

I will add a download function to version 0.0.1, which will be the last new feature and the final release version of version 0.0.1.
I will use a new directory structure in the future to gradually improve version 0.1.0.
Of course, there will also be larger versions such as 0.1.1 in the future, with more powerful features, and commercial versions may also be added.

Another point is that version 0.1+will be different from version 0.0.1, as it will gradually switch to using Actions for automatic build, allowing everyone to have a clear understanding of the build process and preventing me from playing tricks during the build process due to my own build.
