so i downloaded this sketchy-but-safe tool called FocuSee to record a cool cinematic video for a tutorial for omniblocks. I have OBS, but I see many of those big companies have videos with super smooth cursors and zoom ins when clicking and stuff, and I wanted that. the problem? FocuSee SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 the video result was great, but it has a damn stinking watermark in the result. That's just the tip of the iceberg, while installing and recording it KEPT BEGGING ME TO UPGRADE, LOGIN, BUY SUBSCRIPTION, UPGRADE, GET DISCOUNTS, AND SHOVING MORE AI FEATURES DOWN MY THROAT!!! I DON'T WANT NO AI AVATAR! I DON'T WANT NO BLACK FRIDAY SALE!!! WHY THE HELL IS A SCREEN RECORDER SO DAMN PAYWALLED I AIN'T BUYING A TV FOR SAKE!

anyways, we could make our own, and open source, called the "OmniBlocks Screen Recorder"! There currently isn't any other software like this for windows that's actually free and not paid or freemium, LET ALONE OPEN SOURCE!

How to build:
Since the media recording api for the browser doesn't allow cursor tracking and has a bunch of throttling and whatnot, we could use electron and only require React for the GUI. This would allow us to use the Windows native Desktop Duplication API, which apparently gets the pixels straight from the GPU, allowing maximum fps and quality. The zoomies should be added post proccessing, and simply record screen clicks while recording. We should also add a smooth cursor with subtle animations like FocuSee.
