Web Server Implementation Sharing Between LibreKitten and OmniBlocks

I feel like I still want to work on LK, but I don't want to have the web server features differ too much between these mods. Maybe we could have some kind of implementation sharing between the mods' web servers?

We could make a central repo for web server features, which can be shared via NPM. This could be used by other mods as well.

Edit/Related: Maybe there could be some compatibility tool for mods which aren't designed for server support, so someone could make a web server with their favourite mod of choice.
