slop repo scraping issues

Which plans to spam repos with responses that have literally nothing to do with the issues

After doing some digging, I'm still right.

Look at the file. It scraped GitHub issues, and generates a fake site with hardcoded Japanese stuff that isn't even related to the issue. By doing this with what seems like real links, the website gets a SEO boost. Now look further, the html page has an AdSense ID. This means the creator is using the site to generate money from scraped issues
