Design GUI to Work with #9

For version 1.0, the GUI will only need to work with the #9 algorithm. This means that the UI should have

• Graphs to display temperature and pressure
• Time controls to change the scale on the graphs
• A form to set the parameters for First Control Algorithm #9 control algorithm
• A progress bar on the bottom to show the progress to a particular set point
• A menu for managing instrument connections
• A big green GO button
• A cancel button that returns control back to the manual dials

The progress bar is a good idea. I'll have to think about implementing it at some point

The GO button isn't big and green, but some CSS should fix that quite nicely.
