The Jar doesn't run. Fix this

So the command to run it is actually going to be java -jar BakeoutController.jar, at least on Ubuntu. In order to create an executable jar, we need to modify the MANIFEST.MF file. This file contains a bunch of metadata about the archive. Most importantly, it specifies where the main class is in the jar. This section in the Gradle manual shows how to configure the Manifest. @gramjoe , I suggest reading this section of the manual. It would also be best to skim the top section about the Java plugin for Gradle.
