modify log entry fails with 2.2.9

Using the logbook webclient, the edit log entry simply opens a blank edit log entry page. It does not allow the addition of logbooks or tags.

With the 4.5 release of cs-studio the context menu action does not allow the edit operation to be tested. Unsure if this failure is at the service level or at the client level.
