[Bug] CTRL-Z does not undo the last step in case it was a format

If you type a text and apply a format on it (like making it bold) then CTRL-Z will not undo the format but also the typed text will disappear.

This is a granularity issue in our new Undo/Redo system introduced in v0.2.6.

Currently, the editor groups "typing" into batches to prevent Ctrl+Z from undoing one character at a time. It seems the "Format" action is being appended to the current "typing batch" rather than creating a distinct undo entry.

The Fix:
I need to ensure that triggering a formatting command (Ctrl+B/I) forces a commit to the undo stack before and after the formatting is applied. This will separate the "Text Entry" from the "Formatting Application" in the history list.

Hey @Nicknag, v0.2.6.1 just dropped and this is fixed!

Formatting operations (bold, italic, etc.) now create discrete undo entries using break_group() calls before and after the format is applied. So Ctrl+Z will now reliably undo just the formatting without eating the text you typed before it.

Grab the latest from releases and let me know if it works as expected!
