[Feature] Keep text selected after applying a format

Problem Description

When you select text and then apply a format like bold the text gets deselected. If you want to apply another format for example italic you have to reselect it. That is unexpected and a little bit annoying.

Great suggestion, @Nicknag.

You are absolutely right, losing the selection breaks the flow when chaining styles (like applying Bold then Italic).

Since v0.2.6 uses our custom FerriteEditor engine, we have full control over this behavior. The issue is that our current formatting function calculates the new text but doesn't recalculate and restore the selection range to include the newly added syntax markers (e.g., the surrounding **).

I will update the formatting logic to extend the selection to cover the modified text immediately after application.

Hey @Nicknag, just a heads up that v0.2.6.1 is out. We got the related undo fix in (#73), but the selection retention after formatting didn't make it into this release. Still on the list for the next one, sorry for the delay on this one!
