Currently, the project lacks an integrated chatbot to provide instant user assistance and improve user engagement. A chatbot would help users navigate the platform and resolve queries quickly.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to create a chatbot that can:

• Provide real-time assistance to users
• Answer frequently asked questions (FAQs)
• Offer guidance on platform features and usage
• Be accessible from all pages for seamless interaction

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Using a static FAQ page instead of a chatbot
• Relying on manual user support through email or tickets

Additional context

The chatbot will enhance user experience by reducing response time and improving accessibility. It will be designed to align with the project's theme and user interface.
