The current scrollbar design is outdated and inconsistent with the project's dark-themed UI. It lacks a modern feel and smooth user experience.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to redesign the scrollbar to match the futuristic theme by adding:

• A smooth scrolling effect
• Gradient colors (e.g., deep blue to purple)
• Rounded edges and a subtle glow effect
• Consistent styling to align with the dark theme

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Keeping the default scrollbar design
• Using a simple monochrome design without gradients

Additional context

This new scrollbar design will improve the overall user experience and give the project a more modern and cohesive look.
