Integrated Excel Loading Issue

Description of the issue: On January 10th, the McGraw Hill team had an influx of issues reported noting that the Integrated Excel tool was not loading properly. Several students contacted us because the Integrated Excel was not loading properly and it was just showing a never-ending spinning wheel that says, “Please wait for the excel spreadsheet to load”. On Monday, Jan 12th, it was reported that Integrated Excel was working again. We'd like to see if there was an outage on the Microsoft side, or another reason that could have caused this issue to occur.
