This has been made close to the game original release, so it probably lacks items added since then.
I can confirm Weapons, Rings/Pendants, Spells, Umbral Eyes and Bosses are all there for achievements as I got them myself. This project is heavily inspired by the Dark Souls 3 zkjellberg's checklist.
