Find mappings registry recursively

Currently, the folder structure should be as following.

• mappings
• sample_codes
• mapper.jar

Users should be able to locate the mapper.jar file at any location. In v2 we can allow the user to provide mappings registry explicitly.

In this version, we can find the mapping registry recursively so that the user can locate the mapper.jar file inside the codes folder.
