Please consider at least support for 1.21.1

Hello,

Great project! I've been into smart home stuff and running modded Minecraft servers, so it's natural that I love the idea of this project.

However, I think you should really consider supporting 1.21.1, if possible. The reason is that from time to time there are versions on which the modding community seems to converge. The last such version was 1.20.1 and currently it looks like it's 1.21.1. If you check the number of mods available for a given version, you'll realize most of the popular mods don't skip this version and hence, out of all the 1.21.x versions, it's 1.21.1 that has the largest user / mod base. In terms of simple numbers on Modrinth 1.21.1 has ~17K mods, 1.20.1 has ~30K, while other 1.20.x or 1.21.x versions have much less.

Based on this reasoning, can I please ask for supporting 1.21.1?

Thank you for the interest in the Project,
the Project is currently being developed alongside a Course where I am using 1.21.8 for the servers, that is why I used that version initially.

I think the main reason so many mods converge on 1.21.1 is the breaking changes from 1.21.4 and 1.21.5 and I wanted to be beyond those to be future proof. I should be able to compile it for 1.21.1 as I am not really using much of the new datagen features of the newer versions yet, ill take a look at compiling a 1.21.1 Version. No promise it'll work thou.
