Suggest: add GitHub Actions

At #9 I suggested to add GitHub Actions and this was received positively.

With this Issue, I suggest to add it, with myself as the volunteer, hence by Pull Request. Would that work?

I also volunteer to maintain that (very standardized) script, like I do in many places, such as e.g. here.
