Log missing markets

If no market is found for a non-RoW consumer the exchange will not get
an activityLink, an error is logged and the exchange will later be
removed and not appear in the matrix. This should actually never happen,
as there are validation rules preventing the submission of a dataset
producing a product for which no corresponding market exists. But
validation rules can be ignored if one really wants to, so this issue
can come up in the linking :(.
