It looks like markets which consume materials from recycled content providers have their production volumes set to one. For example,
- market for waste newspaper (GLO)
- market for waste paper, unsorted (Europe without Switzerland)
- market for waste paper, unsorted (RoW)
- market for waste paper, unsorted (CH)
- market for tallow (GLO)
Recycled content providers are global, and seem to always have a production volume of zero (e.g. waste paper, unsorted, Recycled Content cut-off).
