This also has downstream effects because Ocelot has zero production volumes for waste treatment markets. See e.g. RoW yarn production, kenaf.

The missing numbers come from external market override spreadsheets (email from Ingo Meinhausen on 2.1.2019). As such, this is out of scope for version 1 (focusing on ecoinvent 3.3).
