Log market groups whose constituent markets don't encompass the market group location #148
Description
In theory, a market group for Europe could only have one supplier from e.g. Portugal. In this case, we would like a warning because:
a) The market group is not representative of its indicated location
b) If there is a RoW supplier, it will be excluded from this market group, and most other market groups (because it will include most of Europe)
