Update toolbox and make release #39
Description
This issue follows the discussion in #38.
To update information about version compatibility on FileExchange, a new version of the toolbox package with correct version compatibility should be created. Probably the version of the next release should be used in the toolbox name. Updated toolbox will require making a new release on GitHub and FileExchange. The toolbox may need to be attached to the release itself.
