Use "00:00" as default value for Start Time and "23:59" as default value for End Time #6
Description
When using Gantt for a project, the exact start and end times are usually not important — the typical unit is a full day. Therefore, having to enter a start time and end time for each task is quite tedious.
Moreover, from a visual standpoint, if you enter, for example, 9:00 AM as the start time and 6:00 PM as the end time, it creates the impression of “gaps” in the schedule — even though that doesn't reflect reality.

A Start Time without a time should be allowed (and in that case, it would be interpreted as 00:00 AM). The same applies to the End Time, which could be interpreted as 11:59 PM.
