files in 'cache' directory are not deleted

The cache:clear command does not delete the files within the cache directory:

vagrant@projectname:~$ php /var/www/shop/vendor/bin/oxid cache:clear

the cache directory normally contains long living cache files and is used rarely e.g. by dynamic content cache and category tree cache. There should be a options
e.g. clear all(default)
clear smarty
clear tmp folder
clear default cache(e.g. memcache)
clear cache folder
so if someone using this in deployment on high load they can choose to delete not everything.
