Problem

The current footer layout feels visually flat and inconsistent compared to the rest of the site.
The footer logo/tagline section and link columns lack a unified card-style structure, which makes the footer less engaging and harder to scan.

Proposed Solution

Redesign the footer using a glassmorphism-style layout:

• Wrap the logo + tagline in a dedicated glass-style card
• Apply consistent glass cards to all footer columns (Standards, Resources, More Details)
• Add subtle hover elevation and shadow for better visual feedback
• Keep the implementation CSS-only (no functional or structural changes)

• Improved visual hierarchy and consistency
• Better alignment with the existing modern UI design
• Clear separation between footer sections
• No impact on functionality or accessibility

• Option 1: Glass cards only for link sections
• Option 2: Glass cards for all footer sections, including the logo + tagline

Personally, I feel (Option 2) provides better visual consistency and hierarchy across the footer, but I’d really appreciate your feedback or suggestions before proceeding further.
