Entity history flickering in Browser

When I enter the history charts for this integration (e.g. salt stock or water hardness), the window is flickering. This only happens in the Browser (I use Chrome) not in the Home Assistant Companian App.

I do not think that my browser is the issue, since it happens only with this integration. Doing the same for entities of other integrations works just fine.

Sorry for late reply, was busy...
The video looks strange. Before I build a release I test on my PC with Edge and Chrome and I did not see this behavior. Do you see any log entries? Could you post the code of the dashboard?

I just double checked and I can see the behaviour only in Chrome, not in Edge. However, on Chrome I see it on 2 different Laptops. I am on the latest stable Chrome version, but saw the issue with earlier versions as well.

The issue exists for the input entities only, not for the readonly entities. However, I use input entities with other integrations where they work fine.

Happy to share the code of the Dashboard, however, I doubt this helps, since I can easily reproduce the behaviour outside of Dashboards (via Settings/Devices and Services, then click on the integration, then click on an input entity). If you want to see the Dashboard yaml anyway, let me know please.

I do not see related log entries.

I checked with current Chrome version on 2 Win 11 machines and on an Android tablet. Unfortunately, I could not see the behavior in version 1.0.3 and 1.0.4pre. Could you try to clear your browser cache?

I deleted Browser Cache and disabled all extensions - no change.

I however found out that the issue only occurs when Chrome Zoom (which you can set with CTRL + / -) is set to 100%. When I increase to 110% or decrease to 90% it works just fine.

Sound like a HA issue with specific input entity types and Chrome to me then - what do you think?

This is some weird Home Assistant UI glitch and has nothing to do with this integration.

The graph is drawn, then automatically adjusted because some text moves around which causes it to adjust again.

This goes as fast as your computer can draw this.

You can report it in Home Assistant/Core but I would just ignore it :-)
