Don't show results for 1- or 2-character searches

Trying to search for one or two characters ties up the server.

Do we want to limit it to 2? Searching for "edu" isn't much better.

@akeym said 3-char searches are sometimes useful, although I agree that they could still return a lot of results.

Well my computer didn't like searching for "edu" at all so we might want to have another layer of restrictions on top of this.
