Update naming convention from OSS-Africa to OSSAfrica across all documentation and spaces

Change all instances of the previous naming convention "OSS-Africa" to the new standardized "OSSAfrica" across the repository and related spaces. This includes:
- Documentation
- README files
- Contribution guidelines
- Any references in code comments or configurations

Please ensure consistency everywhere for better recognition and branding.
