Description
As OSSAfrica begins to take off and grow, we need clear and transparent documentation that defines how external communities and organizations can partner with us.
- This issue proposes the creation of a PARTNERSHIPS.md document that outlines:
- The purpose and principles of partnering with OSSAfrica
- Types of partnerships (community, ecosystem, event-based, strategic)
- Expectations for partners and OSSAfrica
- Code of Conduct and governance alignment
- Branding and representation guidelines
- The process for proposing, reviewing, and approving partnerships
This documentation will help ensure consistency, reduce ambiguity, and support sustainable collaboration while preserving OSSAfrica’s community-first values.
Outcome:
A published PARTNERSHIPS.md file in the governance repository.
