Allow accessing the map without needing to enter a changeset number first

### What feature would you like to see added?

That way users could first pick the area they are interested in, and then hit some button to query for recent changesets in that area.

### Why would this be useful to you or other users?

 I think my suggestion instantly doubles the value of OSMCha!
