After selecting the changeset to open JOSM editor it don't open a new layer when a layer geojson is active #874
Description
Describe the bug
When task.geojson layer is active, the changeset you want to open in JOSM it will not open in a new layer, but opens the data in the Tasks.geojson layer.
It should open in a new layer.
When there is no tasks.geojson layer, it opens in a new layer.
