Configure the storage service with the initial OSLC services #9
Description
An oslc-server env configuration should provide one or more ServiceProviderCatalog files that contain the initial ServiceProviders and Services the oslc-service should be able to support. This should be handled by oslc-server directly based on the storage services it instantiates.
