Description
📌 Task Description
Open a pull request to the upstream camptocamp/ogc-client repository to contribute CSAPI support. The PR should include the initial implementation of ConnectedSystemsClient, core methods (getSystems, getObservations, getCommands, etc.), capability detection logic, and integration via composition.
Ensure the PR is scoped, well-documented, and aligned with upstream architectural patterns. Include usage examples, JSDoc comments, and test coverage. Reference upstream Issue camptocamp#118 and link to your implementation plan.
