Standardise spacing and layout across all forms

We have some inconsistencies in spacing - margins and padding - across the various activities forms.

The 'Works' form has a few obvious issues:

• There's no space between labels and the actual fields
• Single line text fields are 100% width instead of being capped width as in other forms
• Date fields are 100% width instead of the more appropriate fixed size
• Field microcopy is indented
• Field margins and padding are sometimes in em and sometimes in px

Forms such as 'Invited position' has quite different spacing to what we see in Works. It's a lot... gappier!

• There's too much space between the fields in each section.
• No space between the section heading and the first field

These form sections need to be consistently structured and laid out everywhere!
