Issue building with docker on Windows 11

I am trying to install it on Windows 11 by running this command.

Run docker-compose -f docker-compose-for-local.yaml --env-file .env-local up -d

I am getting the below error:

failed to solve: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = failed to solve with frontend dockerfile.v0: failed to read dockerfile: open /var/lib/docker/tmp/buildkit-mount3846371808/Dockerfile: no such file or directory
