MF - Support for NRIs

• Update the folio + kyc input forms to capture additional details required for NRIs, Minors
• Add additional tag group in the catalog item to show what investor types are eligible for investing in that item - can be whitelisted or blacklisted (will decide once we have the specifics). Show it as text, instead of defining enums
