Would you see this package going to cran?

Hi @gowthamrao if I may ask, would you see this package going to cran? This would have the limitation that cran packages would typically only be allowed <5Mb, but we could ask if they would allow a bigger one (give it is a data package) or to query an external database (e.g. GitHub) where the cohorts would live.
