Remove oracleTempSchema #159
Description
It appears that many HADES packages are trying to avoid usage of oracleTempSchema in favor or tempEmulationSchema. FeatureExtract FeatureExtraction::getDbCovariateData does not support tempEmulationSchema yet. So - cant drop usage of oracleTempSchema
