Update Dockerhub image #5

hey folks. Is there any way y'all could push a new build of the docker image for this repo? Currently when using Broadsea, you're forced to update the Achilles library in rstudio before running the relevant commands. I've found that by re-building the image (and using the newest source), I'm able to save about 15 mins on deployment time.
I'm currently hosting this new image on an internal docker registry, but figured if I'm having the problem, others may as well.
